Shipping Within Canada
- Free shipping on orders over $350.
- Orders under $350 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
- Some exceptions may apply for remote locations and territories.
- Shipping to PO boxes is not available through the online store. If you must have your order shipped to a PO box, contact info@moorepearsallleathers.com before placing an order.
Estimated Transit Times (Canada)
- Ontario: 1-2 business days
- Quebec: 2-3 business days
- New Brunswick & Nova Scotia: 3-5 business days
- Newfoundland & PEI: 5-7 business days
- Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: 3-5 business days
- British Columbia: 5-7 business days
Rural and remote locations may be subject to longer transit times.
Shipping to the United States
- Free shipping on orders over $500 (contiguous US only).
- Orders under $500 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
- Some exceptions apply for remote locations and territories.
- Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
- We do not ship to U.S. PO boxes.

- Eastern United States: 3-5 business days
- Central United States: 4-7 business days
- Western United States: 4-7 business days

Shipping Outside the United States & Canada
- We offer international shipping — please contact info@moorepearsallleathers.com for an accurate shipping quote.
- International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within two business days. We will contact you promptly if there are any issues with your order.
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date or prefer a particular carrier, please contact us before placing an order.
- You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order has shipped.
- If you choose in-store pickup, please wait for a confirmation email before collecting your order. You must present the credit card used for payment at pickup.
Order Modifications
Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address or order details. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivered but Not Received
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, our responsibility for the shipment ends. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise missing after delivery has been confirmed.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Obtaining proof of delivery from your tracking page and checking whether the delivery photo provided by the carrier matches your address or possibly a neighbor’s address.
- Checking with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the delivery.
- Looking around your property (carriers sometimes place packages in hidden or sheltered areas).
- Contacting your local post office or carrier depot with your tracking number for further assistance.
Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders where the carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
Returns
Return Window
- You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Most leathers are eligible for return unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Once a leather item has been cut or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@moorepearsallleathers.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- We will review your request and provide return packaging instructions upon approval.
Returns & Exchanges
- Standard returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- All eligible products may be exchanged with no restocking fee (customer is responsible for shipping costs).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If an item is damaged upon return inspection, a higher restocking fee may apply, or the return may be denied.
- Returns will be processed within three business days after receiving the returned item, but funds may take up to two weeks to appear in your account.
- Returns resulting from an error on our part are not subject to a restocking fee or return shipping costs.
Damaged & Missing Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery for defects, damage, or incorrect/missing items. If there is an issue, contact info@moorepearsallleathers.com right away.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of lost, damaged, or missing items within 5 days of the carrier’s posted delivery date.
- Carriers may redirect packages to the nearest post office. It is the customer’s responsibility to track shipments. If a package is returned to us due to non-pickup, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
