Return Policy

 

Return Window

  • You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Most leathers are eligible for return unless stated otherwise on the product page. However, once a leather item has been cut or otherwise altered, it is no longer eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email sales@mptw.ca with the subject line, including your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return packaging instructions upon approval.

Returns & Exchange

  • Standard returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • All products eligible for return can also be exchanged. As long as the product is still in its original condition, exchanges have no restocking fee. Although, the customer will still be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If an item is damaged upon return inspection, a higher restocking fee may apply, or the return may be denied.
  • Returns will be processed within three business days after receiving the returned item, but the funds may take up to two weeks to reflect in your account.
  • Returns that result from an error on the part of Moore-Pearsall Leathers are not subject to a restocking fee or return shipping costs.

Damaged & Missing Items

  • Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately for defects, damage, and incorrect or missing items. If there is an issue with your order, contact sales@mptw.ca immediately, and we will do our best to resolve it.
  • To be eligible for a potential refund, you must notify us of lost, damaged, or missing items within 5 days of the package carrier's posted delivery date.
  • Sometimes, carriers may redirect your package to the nearest post office. It is the customer's responsibility to track shipments. If a package is returned to us due to non-pickup, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
